The event began with the unveiling of Exhibition, ‘Hyperconnected Museum: Perspectives from India’ followed by a document launch ‘Museum Voices of India’ and a panel discussion. The exhibition which comprised of five museums- The City Palace, Udaipur, Bihar Museum, Patna, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Museum, Khatkar Kalan, Virtual Museum of Image and sound, AIIS and Gandhi to Mahatma Museum, Gandhinagar was an ensemble of hyper connected thoughts put together to present a new perspective for traditional museums. The other immersive based experiences were, Virtual Reality in Museums, an interactive kiosk, AR App showing the Rai Angan of the City Palace, Udaipur (by MMCF, Udaipur) videos on the above mentioned museums by DRONAH, Augtraveler, CAA (AIIS), Vama Communications and Lord Cultural Resources.
